Dave and I nearly missed it, as we literally sat down thirty seconds before the doors closed, but the wedding at Liuna Station this weekend was gorgeous! The whole train theme was so perfect and ridiculously adorable, seeing as the bride and groom met on a train, got engaged on the same platform where they met (where he had made a fake train ticket to Montreal and surprised her with a completely different trip to the Caribbean instead) even the 'ring pillow' was a little train.

The only weird thing was that there was another wedding going on in a different room and they had taken over the lobby area as well which made it slightly confusing when we first arrived. There was more then one person who wandered in and started eating the wrong wedding's Hors d’oeuvres. It also created some slight competition over whose wedding was better--which we clearly won as several of the other people's guests tried to sneak into our party. (And who the hell invites 500 HUNDRED people to their wedding--Did you confuse your guest list with your Facebook list, because you can't possibly like all of them!)

Other highlights were Derek's incredibly sweaty back, Tyler's awesome dance moves, Martin having his stuff locked up at the grooms parents house the next morning and having to wear borrowed pants and his shiny rental shoes to breakfest and Adrian sweating so badly during dancing that he actually had salt stains on his shirt the next morning. We were oh so classy!
